      So far a great machine.

      happy with the L1 unit so far as I have used it a few times since it arrived. cleans the bottom and sides quite well. Have yet to setup the App control as at first it did not connect. Will try again while in the meantime I am used to using the box controls from my prior robot cleaner.

      Cleans extremely efficiently

      Best cleaner we have had for our in ground pool. Easy to clean and good cleaning options. It also has options for cleaning patterns. I’ve only had it for about a month so can’t comment on reliability but so far it’s been great. Only issue is using the remote for manual control.

    Why is the machine I received wet? Is this a used product?

    Rest assured that we test every unit underwater before packaging to ensure it works properly before delivery. Therefore, it is normal for the machine to be slightly damp or have water stains.

    Unable to register and log in to the app?

    1. Check your network connection.

    2. Check the error message displayed by the app. If it says you have already registered, try logging in directly. If it says the password is incorrect, try resetting your password.

    How effective is it at cleaning up microscopic debris?

    It can filter out sand well because it has a 180um & HEPA filter that can intercept most of the garbage.

    After registering, unable to find the device?

    1. Check if your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.

    2. Check if the app has the correct permissions. Go to Settings->WYBOT->Bluetooth

    3. Check if the device is powered on.

    4. Try with another phone.

    How long does the bottle last?

    The soap bottle holds 3.5 oz / 100ml and lasts up to20 minutes whilst constantly on. This equals 2-3 sessions on average.

    Does it work with medicated shampoo?

    It works withany type of shampoo!Whether you use regular or medicated shampoo, it won't affect the performance of the Jet.
